We’ve made this using the vegetarian ingredients recommended on the packet, and it was really good! Bought it again and this time made it with ingredients we had in the house that needed using up – substituting sweet potato and chicken for the butternut squash. It was really delicious! It tasted even better a day or so later as leftovers because the flavours had come together even more.

First time trying this curry kit. Very easy to follow instructions. The smell of the spices was wonderful. Made it with chicken. We all loved it and would definitely recommend. We didn’t add the extra chillies this time as it was hot enough
