The spices in this curry have been individually roasted, left to cool overnight- then ground and blended.
The result is a full bodied medium spiced Dark Roasted Black curry which is rich in flavour. It goes particularly well with chicken, game or darker meats but it can also be eaten as a vegan curry and works just as well with vegan 'meats'.
