Love this! Although it’s too spicy for my youngest who’s 4. The potatoes are also amazing reheated the next day in the wok with eggs and mushroom for our vegetarian daughter. 🙂

This is lovely whether a special occasion meal or just everyday. We often have potatoes just the same way though the mix of spices in this is super yummy! I made some for myself and served it with curry (rather than rice for a change) which was lovely and great to have some leftovers for my lunch the following day and the spices were still so fresh and flavoursome.
