Delicate, aromatic, green cardamom with a hint of smoky black cardamom define this MEDIUM-SPICED creamy curry – especially nice with white fish, chicken or veggies
If you like it hotter you can heat it up with the dried chilli flakes included in your pack – serves 4
▢ 1 SMALL LEMON
▢ 2 LARGE ONIONS
▢ 2 RED PEPPERS
▢ 3 CLOVES OF GARLIC
▢ 30g/1oz ROOT GINGER (5cm/2”)
▢ 2tbs COCONUT / RAPESEED OIL
▢ 200ml COCONUT MILK

Love this curry. We re-order all of them to be honest! Never add in the extra chillies though as I find them hot enough.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. It is VERY much appreciated. Counting out and lightly crushing all the cardamoms for this curry kit can be rather time consuming (all done by hand with a pestle and mortar)so I’m glad to hear you agree it is worth the effort!
