▢ 1⁄2 MEDIUM PINEAPPLE
▢ 2tbs COCONUT / RAPESEED OIL
▢ 1 MEDIUM ONION
▢ 2 CLOVES OF GARLIC
▢ 100ml COCONUT MILK
